Raised in Philadelphia, Ellie Carrasquillo’s journey is one of resilience, purpose, and transformation. Growing up in the system and facing challenges early in life, she learned to navigate adversity with strength and strategy — the same qualities that now define her success as a business owner and financial educator.

 

While pursuing nursing, Ellie discovered her true calling wasn’t in medicine, but in helping people heal financially. Determined to rewrite her own story, she began studying consumer laws, credit systems, and financial structures — not just to fix her own situation, but to empower others to do the same.

 

Today, as the Founder and CEO of Rise Consulting Solutions LLC, Ellie has turned those lessons into a movement — helping individuals and entrepreneurs across the U.S. rebuild credit, establish businesses, and secure funding with confidence. Recognized as both a Women-Owned (WBE) and Minority-Owned (MBE) business in Ohio, Ellie leads with transparency, integrity, and lived experience. As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, Ellie brings a unique perspective and attention to detail that has shaped Rise Consulting Solutions into what it is today.
